Collect and classify
PDFs, scans, emails, orders, invoices and forms. We identify input channels, document types and the information to recognise.
03 / DOCUMENT INTELLIGENCE
From incoming documents to your business software. We automate extraction, classification and repetitive steps, with validation rules and human review of exceptions.
An initial conversation. No commitment.
01 / WHERE WE CAN HELP
We identify the tasks, people and systems involved. Then we decide together where to act and what to keep.
PDFs, scans, emails, orders, invoices and forms. We identify input channels, document types and the information to recognise.
OCR and extraction of relevant data, with agreed rules and review of uncertain values. Document quality and unusual cases are checked against real samples.
Approved data moves to ERP, CRM or business applications through available interfaces. We define permissions, error handling and the steps that remain with people.
Reading a PDF is only one step. An invoice or order received by email can be classified, checked against agreed rules and reviewed before updating business software. Channels and permissions are verified for each project.

Before starting, we agree objectives and scope. Next steps are defined by what we learn, not by standard promises.
Documents, volumes, manual tasks and target systems.
Expected output, rules, exceptions and integration scope.
We measure data correctness, errors and the human review required.
The validated workflow is connected to your systems with agreed checks.
The first conversation is free. During the proposal stage, where useful, we prepare a demo or navigable prototype to make the proposed workflow tangible.
Explore screens, simulate key steps and collect feedback from operators and management. This helps clarify requirements and discuss the investment before building the complete system.
AI-assisted development makes this validation faster. A demo is not production software: data, access controls, integrations, testing and maintenance still need to be designed and verified. Demo scope, timing and any commercial terms are agreed for each project.

We start with a representative sample of PDFs, scans and attachments, including difficult ones. We check which data to extract and how much human review is needed. A pilot can focus on one useful document type before expanding to others.
The workflow includes validation rules and exception review before updates. We define which data requires confirmation and how missing or inconsistent values are handled. Real-sample testing measures errors and the review needed rather than assuming every extraction is correct.
OCR is one step. We can connect document recognition, extraction, validation and updates to the target system. For example, an email attachment can become a set of checked data sent to business software through available integrations.
Tell us which documents arrive, the volumes, which information is retyped and where it needs to go. Include the exceptions that take the most work. This helps assess feasibility, integrations and risks; any pilot is then agreed separately.
