Which people and systems are involved? Where is time lost? You do not need a technical specification yet.
Incoming email should start a workflow.
Messages and attachments need reading, classification and routing. We design email workflows around your teams, rules and business systems.
Discuss your process ↗Free initial conversation. Start with a problem, not a technology.
A workflow you can recognise.
An incoming message can be collected, classified and assigned to the right case or team. Signed attachments, ambiguous messages and deadlines require specific rules and review paths.
These are application examples, not promised results. Feasibility is checked against your systems and representative data, with appropriate permissions.
From assessment to everyday use.
- 01
Collect
Mailboxes, messages and attachments, using agreed permissions and access methods.
- 02
Classify
Type, case, relevant fields and priority: behaviour is checked on representative samples.
- 03
Route
Assign to the recipient or start a workflow, keeping exceptions visible to people.
See the direction.
Before committing to the build.
The first conversation is free. During the proposal stage, where useful, we prepare a demo or navigable prototype to make the proposed workflow tangible.
Explore screens, simulate key steps and collect feedback from operators and management. This helps clarify requirements and discuss the investment before building the complete system.
AI-assisted development makes this validation faster. A demo is not production software: data, access controls, integrations, testing and maintenance still need to be designed and verified. Demo scope, timing and any commercial terms are agreed for each project.
Discuss your process ↗What does the current process cost?
We assess volumes, working hours, errors and waiting time. Compare the intervention with development, cloud services, APIs, support and evolution. Freed capacity does not automatically equal cash savings.
Using ChatGPT for a task is not the same as automating a process. Reliable data, software, integrations, permissions, error handling and maintenance are needed. Replacing existing software is not always necessary: first we assess how it can work better.
