Which people and systems are involved? Where is time lost? You do not need a technical specification yet.
Business knowledge, in the right context.
We use language models and source retrieval to make documents and procedures easier to access. Data quality, permissions and the questions to answer come first.
Discuss your process ↗Free initial conversation. Start with a problem, not a technology.
A workflow you can recognise.
Preserving engineering knowledge requires interviews, procedures and authorised historical projects. People collect and validate knowledge; an assistant can then help retrieve it, show sources and acknowledge insufficient evidence.
These are application examples, not promised results. Feasibility is checked against your systems and representative data, with appropriate permissions.
From assessment to everyday use.

Collect and validate
Documents, interviews and procedures with owners and update rules.
- 02
Connect sources
Searchable knowledge with role-appropriate access.
- 03
Verify answers
Sources, evaluation against real questions and handling of uncertain answers.

Before committing to the build.
The first conversation is free. During the proposal stage, where useful, we prepare a demo or navigable prototype to make the proposed workflow tangible.
Explore screens, simulate key steps and collect feedback from operators and management. This helps clarify requirements and discuss the investment before building the complete system.
AI-assisted development makes this validation faster. A demo is not production software: data, access controls, integrations, testing and maintenance still need to be designed and verified. Demo scope, timing and any commercial terms are agreed for each project.
Discuss your process ↗What does the current process cost?
We assess volumes, working hours, errors and waiting time. Compare the intervention with development, cloud services, APIs, support and evolution. Freed capacity does not automatically equal cash savings.
Using ChatGPT for a task is not the same as automating a process. Reliable data, software, integrations, permissions, error handling and maintenance are needed. Replacing existing software is not always necessary: first we assess how it can work better.
